Mike & Candie helped us sell our house in Sylvan Park and purchase a new home. They are not only the best real estate agents that has your back, they becomes a friend in the process and they truly mean it. I had been burned by greedy agents in the past, but Mike & Candie restored my confidence in the process. We had complete faith in them and would use them and only them for any future needs. It doesn't get better than Mike & Candie because they know what they are doing and they do it with a big smile. Our house was difficult to sell and they came through for us. One day we will put this house on the market and we will call Candie and Mike and no one else.

Their knowledge of the market, builders, and process made our decision much simpler as they really took the time to understand our needs and was incredible at focusing our short trips into town on homes that met our criteria and crazy timeline as we found and closed on a house in under three weeks and loved every minute of the process and our time now in the home. There aren't enough good things I can say about Mike and Candie Worsham. First, I worked with them personally while we were both Realtors at a different agency. I then left real estate and chose Mike & Candie to sell my home over all other agents I knew. Due to their advanced network of clients and referrals, we were able to sell my condo the same day it was listed--at full asking price. Basically, they had done all of the work prior to even getting my home listed. Then, when I had to be out 18 days later over the Christmas holidays--Mike & Candie were the ones who helped me through the craziness. They are true real estate experts and they love what they do. This makes them outstanding to work with.

Mike & Candie helped me with what I thought was an impossible task - sell a duplex quickly and at the price I needed. The duplex was not even in an area of town where Mike & Candie normally worked, but I knew Mike & Candie from my experience as a customer of hers when she was in retail clothing and trusted her to get the job done for me if she said she could. To my amazement the duplex was under contract and sold within 30 days at a better price than I expected. Every detail was handled professionally and easily for me.
