Candie Worsham

Candie graduated cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University. Married to Mike for 21 years, they have three children named Baron, Christie and Max. Candie is a person that has never met a stranger. Accomplishments include high marks from clients and national relocation companies like GMAC, Relo, and Ford. She is simply a people person that listens to her clients needs demands, and fulfills them. Candie has successfully completed her work for her Brokers license. Her insight into real estate transactions and the ability to communicate make her an asset in any real estate transaction. Candie has recently completed her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) course, the Graduate Real-estate Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

Mike Worsham

Mike has work experience in commercial and residential real estate lending, all facets of real estate construction, residential mortgage banking, real estate sales, and extensive technology applications for marketing real estate. Mike developed a Residential Marketing System, which reaches over 98% of the Buyers looking for a home in two weeks. The Marketing Model is a systematic process based upon research from the National Association of Realtors, and tweaked with high tech software applications to deliver fast results. The system is responsible for their success selling homes, whether new listings, expired listings, or withdrawn listings.
